Movengineering cleaning services is based on 3 main steps of cleaning procedures, depending on the contaminant to be removed: 1. Polymer and organinc contaminant removal with HYPOX ® systems 2. Inorganic contaminant removal with external candle washing machines, internal candle washing, robotized camera for segments, chemical baths, ultrasonic baths and dryers 3.Testing and reassembling phases with bubble test, microscope and scale, hydraulic press Cleaning centre facility WATER TREATMENT The purity of the washing water is the basis for the high quality of the cleaning. Thanks to the solid partnership with the sister company FILTERPAR S.r.l. which deals with water separation technology, the cleaning centre of Movengineering uses ultrafiltration and reverse ormosis systems in order to produce water void of colloids, ions and organinc substances.
